Return Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of pre-owned and authenticated luxury timepieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We stand by the authenticity and condition of every watch we sell, and each piece undergoes a thorough inspection prior to listing.

Exceptions may be made under the following limited circumstances:

  1. Item Not as Described:
    If you receive a watch that significantly differs from its listing description (e.g., incorrect model, major undisclosed damage), please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. The item must remain unworn and in the same condition received, with all tags, stickers, and protective materials intact.

  2. Shipping Damage:
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, notify us within 48 hours with detailed photos of the packaging and the item. We will file a claim with the carrier and work with you on a resolution.
