1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving payment. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery address and the size/weight of the item.

  • I currently offer shipping to [Domestic] locations. Additional fees may apply for international orders.

  • Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

    • Domestic (U.S.): 3-7 business days; Overnight available

  • Please be aware that shipping times may vary due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen delays from shipping carriers.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

  • You can use the tracking number provided to track the status of your shipment.

4. Shipping Carrier

  • I use reputable shipping carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS to fulfill orders.

  • I reserve the right to select the best shipping carrier for your order, based on your location and the size of the item(s).

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • I currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

  • Certain international destinations may have shipping restrictions or higher fees. If this is the case, you will be notified during checkout.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping fees.

  • Please check with your country’s customs office for information regarding applicable fees before making a purchase.

7. Lost or Damaged Items

  • GBTimepieces is not responsible for any lost or damaged items once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • If your package is damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

  • If your package is lost, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.

8. Address Errors

  • Please double-check the shipping address before completing your order. GBTimepieces is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to errors made during checkout.

  • If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact me immediately, and I will do my best to correct it before shipment.

9. Order Cancellation

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact me within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
